Allie Stevens, VMD

Maddie’s Shelter Medicine Resident, University of Wisconsin – School of Veterinary Medicine

Dr. Allie Stevens is originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and graduated in 2016 with her VMD from the University of Pennsylvania. Upon completion of her degree, she worked in private practice as a mixed animal veterinarian in rural Wisconsin and then moved to the Twin Cities where she worked at a non-profit, full-service clinic serving the need for low-cost veterinary services. She then decided to pursue her passion for shelter medicine and joined the UW Shelter Medicine team in July 2020 as a resident.
