Job Description

This position focuses on assisting customers and the HSPPR Customer Service Department with intake decisions related to behavior concerns. Veterinary medical issues may also be present, but the focus is behavior. It requires decision making based on experience, education, research and analysis for a variety of species, but most of the cases will be dogs.
This position serves as a backup to the Behavior and Placement Coordinator and supports the Behavior Program.
The position also assists the Feline Program and the Transfer Program.
