This professional, administrative and supervisory position is responsible for the operation, planning and coordination of all animal control functions in Frederick County. Supervision is given to all employees of the Frederick County Animal Control Center; supervision is from the Deputy Chief Administrative Officer. This position serves at the pleasure of the County Executive.
