Pets for Vets (PfV) is a non-profit organization dedicated to enriching the lives of Veterans by creating life changing Super Bonds® with expertly selected and trained shelter or rescue pets and providing ongoing expert support to ensure a reciprocal and thriving partnership at no cost to the Veteran.

We are committed to engaging and recruiting trainers, fostering a collaborative community committed to continuing education, and sharing our innovative approach to human-animal bond assisted interventions. Job Summary
The highly motivated and skilled Volunteer Coordinator (VC) plays a pivotal role in our organization, coordinating strategic administrative functions designed to facilitate volunteer satellite trainers complete Veteran-pet matches and resolve applications. The Volunteer Coordinator will share our commitment to positive reinforcement training, our ethical and humane approach to working with humans and animals, and our mission of enriching the lives of Veterans. In this dynamic role, the VC will serve as the bridge between all volunteers, program delivery team, and the communities we serve. The VC will report to the Director of Administration (DA) and collaborate closely with the National Program Director to ensure alignment and consistency in program delivery.
