Calling all bully breed lovers! Join policy experts from the Humane Society of the United States to discuss how to change laws that unfairly discriminate against specific dog breeds commonly known as Breed Specific Legislation (BSL).
During our BSL Advocacy 101 workshop, The HSUS' Ohio state director Corey Roscoe and Jessica Woodruff with our Community & Companion Animal Policy team will provide a historical overview of BSL and the dogs at the center of the debate, challenges and victories on this issue, as well as, tools to advocate for dogs in your area. The workshop will consist of a brief presentation followed by discussion and Q&A. Resources will be shared.
