2026 Animal Care Expo Rates
Registration for Animal Care Expo 2026 will open in Fall 2025.

Group discount: For groups of 3 or more people, each member of the group after the first two receives $25 off the current price. This discount automatically applies at checkout and cannot be combined with other discounts except the advance registration rate. If you have a discount code you’d prefer to use, please do not register in a group. Student discount: Students in good standing at accredited colleges and universities are eligible for a discounted full conference rate of $160. To get information on how to register as a student, please email expo@humaneworld.org from your student email address. You may be required to provide additional credentials/documentation to confirm your student status, such as a photo of your student ID. Volunteer at Animal Care Expo for at least 4 hours to qualify for discounted registration of just $160. This offer can't be combined with any other discounts. | ||
Full conference registration includes everything noted in the Schedule of Events except an optional Learning Lab.
Learning Labs are daylong sessions (8:30am-3:00pm on Tuesday, April 7) that allow for a deeper dive into the specified topics. Learning Labs include lunch.

Attendance Policy for Minors: No minors under the age of 16 (as of April 7, 2026) will be permitted to register or attend Animal Care Expo 2026. Minors between the ages of 16-18 are permitted to attend, provided they have a signed minor participation waiver on file with event organizers and are accompanied at Expo at all times by a registered parent or legal guardian.
Registration cancellation/Substitution policy
Through February 28, 2026: Should a Participant wish to cancel their registration, registration fees are refundable, minus a $50 cancellation processing fee.
After February 28, 2026: Registration fees are final and nonrefundable for cancellation by the Participant after this date.
At any time prior to the start of Expo: Registration for an Event may be transferred to another individual for that same Event, provided that the individual qualifies for the type of registration being transferred. For more information about registration transfers, please contact expo@humaneworld.org.
Registration terms and conditions
These terms and conditions (“terms”), along with the events code of conduct for Humane World for Animals apply to any person, guest, registrant, student, speaker, vendor, or exhibitor (“attendee”) who is present at any meeting, conference, or event (“Event”) of Humane World for Animals By attending the Event, attendee will be deemed to have accepted these terms and the events code of conduct for Humane World for Animals.
