Thank you for your interest in speaking at Animal Care Expo 2024! Expo is the largest international educational conference and trade show for animal welfare professionals. In 2024, it will be held May 15-18 in San Antonio, Texas. With several different ways to get involved as a presenter, there is something for everyone!

Host a Round Table
As a Round Table host, you will have the opportunity to facilitate an in-depth conversation on a specific topic of your choosing with a small group of attendees. It’s as simple as choosing a topic and encouraging the discussion. Round Tables will take place Thursday, May 16 from 8am-9:15am (breakfast provided) and Friday, May 17 from 10am-11am (refreshments provided).
Facilitate a coffee chat
On the final day of Expo, Saturday, May 18, join us as a panelist for a Coffee Chat (breakfast provided). These Q&A-style conversations are led by questions from the audience related to a specific topic and answered by a panel of experts.
Present a workshop
With nearly 100 workshops on 12 tracks, these one hour and fifteen-minute sessions are an opportunity for you, as a presenter, to share success stories, case studies with breakthrough results or other innovative ideas. Learning Labs are six and a half hour workshops, including a lunch break, that will take place on Wednesday, May 15.
