Job Description

The Transport & Intake Assistant supports the safe and efficient movement of animals into and out of the organization, ensuring high standards of animal welfare, accurate intake processes, and reliable transportation. This role combines hands-on animal handling, logistics coordination, and administrative support, including managing transport schedules, maintaining records, and assisting with intake and adoption operations. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, the Assistant helps ensure smooth animal flow, supports customer interactions, and contributes to a safe, organized, and humane environment.

REQUIRED: Valid driver’s license with a good driving record and the ability to pass all required HRA driving exams while maintaining transport safety compliance.
