Job Description

Under general supervision of the Administrator and Operations Manager, performs technical and routine care for the animals in the shelter environment. Primary focus is on enhancing the life of our shelter animals by providing comfort and care to the animals, maintaining a clean and enriching environment for the animals, and performing adoptions of available animals. Work includes cleaning animal spaces according to shelter standards, giving vaccinations and medications, microchipping, providing animals with daily enrichment, adoption counseling, and assisting with owner reclaims and transfers. Provides prompt, compassionate, and courteous service to customers.
