Job Description

This position encompasses the financial and physical operations of a non-profit veterinary clinic. The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for creating financial reports and billing. This will be achieved by working with our online medical records program and participating in the day-to-day functions of the veterinary clinic. The position is responsible for ensuring that equipment and maintenance services are properly running. We are seeking an enthusiastic and positive person with initiative and who is a team player. Working hours will primarily be Monday through Friday from 8-5, with an occasional Saturday.
