The mission of Muddy Paws Rescue is to build and support a thriving community of dog-loving humans dedicated to ending unnecessary euthanasia of companion dogs. We do this through shared learning and education, direct lifesaving, and continuous innovation.Foster Program Manager
Working in collaboration with coworkers and volunteers, the Foster Program Manager and the Senior Foster Program Manager support the planning, execution, and evaluation of MPR foster programs. These individuals must exemplify our Muddy Paws values of being Positive, Welcoming, Supportive, and Responsive.
Strong candidates will be problem solvers with a resilient personality, the ability to juggle multiple stressful tasks with ease and mettle, and high levels of social and emotional intelligence.
The Foster Program Manager works weekends and evening shifts as needed, both from home and in-person at our Manhattan headquarters. This is a full-time salaried exempt position with a starting salary of $66,000 plus generous health benefits.
