Are you a compassionate and skilled veterinarian with a passion for shelter medicine? We are looking for a dedicated Shelter Veterinarian to join our team in Evans, CO, where you’ll play a key role in providing high-quality care to shelter animals in need. You’ll perform a variety of surgeries, including spay/neuter and dental procedures, manage medical rounds, and collaborate with a team of veterinarians, clinic staff, and volunteers to maintain the health and well-being of our animals. As a Shelter Veterinarian, you’ll also assist in developing and implementing treatment protocols, supervise medical staff, and ensure disease control and safety standards are met. You’ll be a vital part of our team, providing emergency and on-call services when needed, while working closely with shelter management on key decisions, including euthanasia. If you’re a licensed veterinarian with experience in shelter medicine, surgical skills, and the ability to lead and educate a team, we want you to be part of our mission. Expected hiring range is $115K to $120K commensurate with experience. Relocation assistance available. We are a Federal Student Loan Forgiveness approved employer. Closes December 28th, 2024, or when filled.
