SUMMARY: The Supervising Animal Services Officer serves as one of two operational leads for the field services team, akin to a sergeant role within a law enforcement structure. This position ensures the efficient daily management of Animal Services Officers (ASO 1 and ASO 2) and Field Technicians and provides hands-on support in both administrative and field capacities. The role includes scheduling, project oversight, and the facilitation of seamless communication between staff, Director of Animal Services, and shelter staff. The supervisor also acts as a "float," responding to field needs and providing operational support to ensure coverage and effective service delivery.

HOURS: Full-Time, 40 hrs/wk, Four-10 hour days Alternate Work Schedule
SALARY: $2946.40 to $3273.85/biweekly – Exempt – $1.00/hr differential for candidates who are bi-lingual in Spanish
