San Diego Humane Society is hiring a Full-Time Volunteer Engagement Supervisor for our Volunteer Engagement team at our San Diego Campus!

At San Diego Humane Society, we’re united by our mission to Inspire Compassion, providing hope and advancing the welfare of animals and people. Under the guidance of the Volunteer Engagement Manager, the Volunteer Engagement Supervisor is responsible for the experience, impact and safety of volunteers serving at all our San Diego Campus, and for cultivating lasting relationships that inspire staff and volunteers to work together towards our mission. This position will oversee all aspects of the volunteer experience including recruitment, training, daily work, communication and recognition, playing a key role in San Diego Humane Society’s capacity to care for tens of thousands of companion animals each year. Starting range is between $23.10 – $25.70 per hour. The actual starting pay rate is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to your years of related education and experience, internal pay equity, and position location.
