Cindy is the Wildlife Specialist for Humane Rescue Alliance (HRA)/D.C. Animal Care and Control in Washington D.C. and has been with HRA for over 10 years working in various positions. She uses the diverse skill set acquired as an Animal Control Officer and previous experience working with the City’s only wildlife rehabilitation center, to build relationships with the public and find solutions to wildlife concerns. Cindy is also the educational liaison for HRA as she visits schools and encourage children to learn to about wildlife living in the city.
