Hanna Lentz-Harry

Managing Director and Co-Founder, Impact by Design

Hanna Lentz-Harry is the managing director and co-founder of Impact by Design, a nonprofit consulting firm that helps organizations develop the capabilities to maximize impact for animals, people, and the environment. Hanna has spent nearly two decades working in animal welfare, including working at sanctuaries and animal shelters, and then helping plan and manage community-based dog and cat population management programs in communities around the world. At Impact by Design she helps teams and organizations with strategic and operational planning, organization development, training design, and convening stakeholders for collaboration and impact. Hanna holds an MBA from IE University in Spain in Global Business Administration, and a Master of Science from Tufts University, U.S. in Animals and Public Policy.
