Registration rates
Registration for Expo 2027 will open in Fall 2026! Full conference registration will include professional development workshops, entry to the exhibit hall and networking with other attendees, speakers and exhibitors. Find more details here.
Hotel and travel
Expo 2027 will be hosted in Grapevine, Texas (just outside Dallas) at the Gaylord Resort & Convention Center. Standing on the shores of Lake Grapevine and just 10 minutes from DFW International Airport attendees can explore the four-and-a-half acres of airy, indoor garden atriums, four-award winning restaurants, bars, spa and fitness center all located on one property. You can continue your adventures beyond the venue, with it's prime location to Downtown Grapevine and Dallas.

Present a workshop
With over 100 workshops across 12 tracks, these sessions are an opportunity for you, as a presenter, to share success stories, case studies with breakthrough results or other innovative ideas. The Call for Presentations for Expo 2027 will open on June 2 and close at 11:59 p.m. ET on July 14, 2026.
