The Wisconsin Humane Society is hiring part and full-time Client Services Representatives (CSRs) to offer valuable services to the community and provide support to animals. CSRs report to the Client Services/Animal Care supervisory team and work onsite at the Milwaukee Campus. Key accountabilities:
-Help animals find new homes via our same-day adoption process
-Welcome new arrivals via owner surrenders, transfers from other organizations and end-of-life services
-Support client questions in person, by phone and via email
-Maintain detailed and accurate records in our animal management software
-Process register transactions and support customers with products in retail store
-Commit to a welcoming, supportive, and non-judgmental approach with all clients, callers and coworkers
