Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree. Four years of professional administrative experience to include supervisory experience in animal shelter management and/or operations are required. Additional related experience may substitute for the degree on a year-for-year basis.

In this pivotal supervisory role, you will oversee a diverse array of programs, including Rescue and Transport, Trap-Neuter-Vaccinate-Return (TNVR), Pet Support and Retention, Wellness Services, Adoptions, Foster Programs, and onsite and offsite Kennel Operations. You will drive the planning, development, and evaluation of countywide initiatives, ensuring alignment with County policies and our lifesaving objectives. Additionally, you will manage budgets, forecast staffing and resource needs, and oversee customer service, revenue, and TNVR services, with decisions that directly impact the community and the animals in our care.
