NOCO Humane is an independent nonprofit working to further the compassionate, safe, and responsible relationship between animals and people.

• Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with Veterinary, Client Services, and Animal Care teams to ensure consistent and compassionate animal outcomes.
• Community Engagement: Educate staff, volunteers, and the public through training sessions and outreach, and represent the organization in events, transfer partnerships, and collaborative programs.
• Operational Leadership: Handle hiring, scheduling, payroll approvals, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions for your department, ensuring a productive and positive work culture.
