The Role
The Bilingual Adoption & Client Specialist plays a vital role in connecting animals in need of homes with loving families and responding to general inquiries via phone, email and in-person. This position involves working closely with both animals and potential adopters to facilitate successful adoptions. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for animal welfare and the ability to communicate effectively about the needs and characteristics of various animals. It is also expected that someone in this role will be compassionate, respectful and inclusive. For this role, we are looking for someone to work 4, 10-hour shifts per week; Wednesday - Saturday. Fluency in both English and Spanish languages is a must.

HSC has been around for over 46 years, then in 1982 we became the first low cost spay/neuter clinic to open in the southeast US! HSC recently moved into our brand-new Animal Resource Center, and we are thrilled to have a brand-new state-of-the-art facility which allows us to be able to offer more comprehensive services to our community. We were able to facilitate over 3,650 adoptions last year and have a goal to continue to increase the number of adoptions we have each year!
