Adopt-A-Dog, a local nonprofit animal shelter, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to assist with financial tasks. If you have experience with QuickBooks, payroll, and balancing monthly finances, we would love to have you on our team!

Responsibilities:
Assist with QuickBooks to maintain accurate financial records
Process payroll for staff and volunteers
Balance end-of-month finances and prepare reports
Cut checks and help manage bills for shelter operations
Ensure financial transactions are accurate and up to date

Qualifications:
Experience with QuickBooks and basic bookkeeping
Familiarity with payroll processes and general accounting principles
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information
Passion for supporting a local nonprofit and animal welfare
