About the Role
As our Director of Shelter Operations, you will be the leader who keeps our shelter operations and programs innovating and future focused. You’ll help strengthen lifesaving outcomes for dogs, cats, horses, and other animals while fostering a culture where best practices, empathy, and forward-thinking approaches thrive.
This position reports to our Executive Director and will play a major role in shaping a more connected, regional approach to animal welfare, reaching beyond a single campus.
