Job Description
The Guest Services Manager (GSM) manages the staff and processes of the ARLGP admission of stray animals, surrendered pets, lost and found reports, public spay/neuter events, among other responsibilities. The position works closely with animal control officers for 15 communities as well as other department managers and leadership.The Guest Services team is the first point of contact with members of our community either by phone or in person. The GSM models exemplary customer service in a fast-paced, emotionally charged environment with competing priorities.
