Job Description

As a Licensed Veterinary Technician, you will play a crucial role in the success of our organization by providing quality, routine and as-needed medical treatment to the animals in our care while sharing your knowledge of animal health best practices with staff and volunteers to support our values of education, compassion, and teamwork.
Beyond your key responsibilities, you will be part of a dynamic, cross-trained team that engages in hands-on care with the animals (i.e., cleaning, handling, vaccinating, humane euthanasia, etc.) and face-to-face interactions with the public (i.e., adoption counsels, volunteer trainings, spay/neuter clients, educational events, etc.).

This is a full-time (36-40hrs/wk), on-site position that reports to the Shelter Operations Manager and DVM and offers the following benefits:

Competitive Compensation Package
$26.00-$28.00 hourly wage; dependent on experience, skills, and certifications.
