Job Description

K9 Youth Alliance, a nonprofit that empowers youth and enriches the lives of shelter dogs, is hiring a part-time Program Director (90–120 hours per program, 4+ programs annually). The PD will oversee staff, volunteers, youth and dogs in our Positive Youth Development and Positive Enrichment Series, ensuring safe, fun and impactful experiences. Ideal candidates are organized, adaptable, and compassionate, with leadership skills and experience in youth development or animal welfare a plus. Pay is commensurate with experience; credentialing costs covered.
