Job Description

The Senior Manager leads the daily operations, coordination, and strategic development of key shelter programs at the Humane Society of Southern Arizona (HSSA). This includes the Pet Resource Center, Adoptions, Foster, TNR, Rescue Partnerships, and facility and barrier-free services that promote animal wellbeing, lifesaving outcomes, and community engagement. Reporting to the Chief Programs Officer, the Senior Manager fosters cross-departmental collaboration to deliver high-impact programs that support pets and people across operations throughout HSSA. This leadership role is critical in ensuring efficient, compassionate, Southern Arizona.
