Are you looking for a career where you can make a difference for animals and the people who love them? The Wisconsin Humane Society is looking for a full-time Shelter Operations Manager at our Ozaukee Campus! This position leads our sheltering work in Ozaukee and reports to the Director of Animal and Client Services for Milwaukee and Ozaukee. This role requires a regular onsite presence to provide leadership and support to our animal care, client services, and veterinary support teams.

We are also offering $500 in hiring and retention bonuses for this role! The new Shelter Operations Manager will be eligible to receive a $250 bonus upon completion of their first 90 days of employment and a second $250 bonus after completion of their first 6 months of employment! That’s a grand total of $500! To be eligible, the employee must maintain full-time status at the time the bonus is administered. The bonus will not be prorated if an employee does not reach the 90-day and 6-month timelines.
