Talent Acquisition Partner (Remote in UT, AZ, NV)

Salary Range: $59,000 – $64,000 annually, based on experience. Comprehensive benefits package included.

What You’ll Do:
As part of our dynamic People and Culture team, you’ll play a key role in shaping our workforce and culture. You’ll work both independently and collaboratively to design and implement hiring strategies that reflect our values and support our strategic goals. Your responsibilities will include:
• Sourcing and attracting mission-driven talent across a variety of roles
• Managing full-cycle recruitment processes with empathy and efficiency
• Building strong relationships with hiring managers to understand team needs
• Ensuring a seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding
• Supporting administrative tasks related to hiring and compliance
• Continuously refining recruitment processes to align with organizational growth
