Are you interested in a temporary job opportunity that will impact the lives of homeless cats?

Gifford Cat Shelter - the first free-roam, no-kill shelter in the country - seeks a technical assistant to help on a variety of projects intended to upgrade the organization’s tech stack. Working closely with the Shelter Director and Board or Directors, this person will help propel the organization into a more technologically-advanced future.
Major Responsibilities
• Document technology needs (Moscow) from various stakeholder perspectives
• Drive the implementation/improvement of a new technology stack, including but not limited to, CRM, selling platform, marketing automation, etc
o May necessitate some web development during implementation
• Source and/or implement tools to effectively and efficiently clean existing client data
o Source and/or implement tools to aid in keeping data clean year over year
• Produce documentation around technology systems, including their implementation, usage, integrations, and maintenance
• Assist in training end users on new systems/processes
Preferred Qualifications
• CRM experience required, CRM implementation experience desired
• Website development experience, preferably in WIX
