We are seeking a compassionate and skilled veterinarian to join our growing team and help us expand our impact. Our new wellness clinic will focus on preventive care, wellness exams, vaccinations, and minor medical treatments to keep pets healthy and in their homes.

Position Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Full-Time Veterinarian to provide high-quality medical care in a fast-paced, community-focused environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about preventive medicine, client education, and ensuring the well-being of pets and their families.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality veterinary care, including wellness exams, vaccinations, diagnostics, and minor medical treatments.

Educate pet owners on preventive care, nutrition, and treatment options.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.

Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with clinic standards.

Work collaboratively with veterinary technicians and support staff to ensure efficient patient flow.

Uphold and promote the mission of The PAW Mission by offering compassionate, community-centered care.

Qualifications

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree from an accredited university.

Valid California veterinary license (or ability to obtain one).

Strong commitment to high-quality veterinary medicine and client education.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent patient care.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Passion for community-based veterinary services and reducing barriers to care.

Competitive salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year (commensurate with experience).
