Separation-related disorder (SRD) remains one of the most common behavioral problem in the canine population, affecting up to 40% of canine patients in veterinary behavior specialty practices. They can be taxing to the human-animal bond by restricting the guardian’s ability to leave the home without their dog. This webinar will give an update on terminology and most recent research on the different types of SRDs. It will also discuss different treatment options, including medications and behavior modification.
