This role blends hands-on behavior work with dogs, cats and other small mammals, sharp observation skills, and the ability to coach humans just as effectively as animals. From evaluating behavior to building training plans and supporting staff and adopters, Behavior Coordinators are at the center of creating safer, successful outcomes.
