Job Description

The Louisiana SPCA is seeking a mission-driven, people-centered leader to serve as its next Director of Animal Services. This is an opportunity to lead meaningful, visible work at one of the region’s most impactful animal welfare organizations, serving more than 73,000 animals each year across the Greater New Orleans community.

We are looking for a leader who can bring teams together, develop others while building a strong operation, and help shape the future of community-centered animal services. Success in this role requires both operational leadership and the ability to lead with empathy, steadiness, accountability, and heart in a fast-paced environment.
