Farm Animal Caregiver
Kindness Ranch Animal Sanctuary
Job Description
Farm Animal Caretaker & Community Member
The Calling: A Lifestyle Dedicated to Sanctuary
At Kindness Ranch, we are setting records with the numbers of animals we are saving. We do not offer "jobs" in the traditional sense; we offer a distinct way of life for those who wish to put animal wellbeing and quality of life first and foremost.
We are an intentional community dedicated to providing a "forever home" for animals retired from research facilities. This is a position for those who have already found their purpose in healing others, it is not a place to come to "heal" yourself. If you are looking for a deeply meaningful, animal focused life within a strictly regulated, professional sanctuary, we invite you to apply.

● Community Provisions: All utilities, appliances, and basic furnishings are provided.
● Personal Pets: Your own pets are welcome but must be fully vaccinated and leashed at all times when outside of your yard.
Professional Requirements:

● Experience: Prior sanctuary experience is highly ideal; experience with pigs is preferred.
● Force-Free Philosophy: You must be committed to positive reinforcement and a force-free, fear-free environment.
