Job Description

San Diego Humane Society is hiring a Full-Time Foster Supervisor for our Oceanside and Escondido campuses. In this role, you’ll oversee daily Foster program operations, supervise Foster Specialist staff, and provide hands-on animal care as needed. Qualified candidates will have an associate’s degree (or equivalent experience) and a minimum of three (3) full-time paid years of progressively responsible animal care experience. Supervisory experience and kitten care expertise are preferred.

This full-time role is based at our Oceanside Campus, with required travel to the Escondido Campus. Starting pay ranges between $26.60 – $29.61 per hour, based on qualifications.
