Job Description

The Program Manager is a member of the NWRA staff team, reporting directly to the Executive Director. The person in this position is expected to perform established duties and essential functions with minimal supervision. The primary role is to manage the online and in-person learning opportunities throughout the entire year, including our online course offerings. In addition, this person is responsible for the planning and execution of the annual Symposium and all other NWRA programs, with additional job duties in fundraising and member relations/outreach.

Travel is required for at least three trips throughout the year, including working an eight-day period at our symposium and two additional trips (conference tabling, midyear meeting, etc.). NWRA covers all travel-related expenses, including hotel, flight, and meals.
