Job Description

Reporting to the Veterinary & Community Programs Director, the Clinic Manager is responsible for overseeing a clinic team that serves over 12,000 animals annually through shelter and community services. They are a key organizational leader, responsible for thought leadership and collaboration with the Veterinary team leadership and ensuring entire Vet Services team execute protocols, procedures, patient care, and support for pet owners appropriately. The Clinic Manager should be equally skilled in technical abilities and managing a large and dynamic team. The Seattle Humane Clinic Manager is excited about animal welfare, High Quality High Volume Spay Neuter (HQHVSN) practices, and increasing access to veterinary care in our community.
