South Carolina (50% Statewide Travel Required)
Charleston Animal Society is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Shelter Partnership Manager to support our Groundbreaking Statewide Initiative. This role is critical to advancing lifesaving efforts and strengthening partnerships with open-admission shelters and other organizations by enhancing shelter health and animal flow across the state.
The Shelter Partnership Manager serves as the primary liaison to partner shelters throughout South Carolina. This individual will build strong, collaborative relationships with shelter leadership, staff, and volunteers while identifying operational opportunities to increase lifesaving outcomes.
Working closely with a seasoned sheltering team, the ideal candidate will provide training, operational guidance, and strategic support to help partner shelters improve efficiency, workforce utilization, and overall performance. This position will also coordinate and execute key statewide initiatives, including the Pick Me! SC Statewide Adoption Event and Spay Week services for partner shelters.
