Dakin’s Community Spay/Neuter Clinic is on the lookout for a Spay/Neuter Clinic Technician to join our awesome team. We’re a mission-driven, high-volume clinic providing spay/neuter services to more than 10,000 cats and dogs every year.

This role is not client-facing, so your focus stays right where it belongs: on the animals. That means more time spent prepping surgeries, monitoring anesthesia, and helping patients recover. It’s the perfect fit if you love the medical side of veterinary work and thrive behind the scenes, making a big difference in the lives of animals every day. You’ll be working with an amazing team that gets it and patients who never talk back (unless meowing counts).

Dakin offers excellent benefits, including extremely generous PTO (like 30 days in your second year of full-time employment, and 35 days in your third year)!

Candidates must be at least 18 years of age.

Sign-On Bonus!

Bilingual English/Spanish candidates who apply to Dakin will receive a $500 bonus if they are hired and after they successfully reach 90 days of employment. Bilingual candidates must be fluent in both written and verbal communication to qualify for this bonus.
