Rick Haaland

Community Outreach Manager, Leech Lake Tribal Police

Rick Haaland is the Pets for Life, community outreach manager for Leech Lake Tribal Police in Cass Lake, MN. Prior to this role, Rick served multiple years on the on the Cass Lake City Council, and Board of Directors for Cass Lake Bena School and Minnesota Indian Education. Rick was recently elected as a Cass Lake Commissioner for District 5 and has been nominated to join the Minnesota Board of Animal Health.

A lifelong resident of Cass Lake, on the Leech Lake Reservation in northern Minnesota Rick is an enrolled member of the White Earth Nation.
