Todd Blevins
Kentucky state director, Humane World for Animals
Todd Blevins has served as Kentucky state director for Humane World for Animals since 2020. He previously served in both state and local government and is a former Humane World policy volunteer. During Todd’s tenure as state director, Kentucky has made significant progress for animals, including by repealing local breed-specific laws, adopting statewide regulations prohibiting the use of endangered species in circuses and other traveling shows, and passing several humane pet store ordinances (and defeating multiple efforts to preempt them). In his free time, Todd enjoys getting outside, playing board games, singing karaoke, and hanging out with his daughter, his rescue beagle Lola, and Caterina, an orange tabby who showed up at his house during the 2025 Super Bowl and hasn’t looked back.
