Rescue Group Program Assessment
This FREE tool will help volunteer-run rescue groups engage and retain committed volunteers. Following a quick initial consultation, your volunteers take a short, confidential online survey in which they provide feedback on areas related to your group’s volunteer program. A UNCC consultant will analyze the results and walk you through your confidential, customized report to identify strengths and prioritize steps for improvement.

This FREE engagement survey helps shelters assess their volunteer programs. Following a quick initial consultation, your volunteers take a short, confidential online survey that will gather their opinions on areas such as engagement, volunteer management, communications, and more. Shelter Employee Engagement & Development Survey
This comprehensive employee engagement survey provides an affordable option for municipal and private animal shelters that want to take a deeper look at their overall effectiveness. Cost varies according to staff size. An approximate base cost for 50 employees is $1,400. After an initial consultation, staff accesses a confidential online survey covering employee attitudes and opinions on areas such as peer support, morale, supervision, communication, training and more. A UNCC consultant will analyze the results and walk you through a summary of the data reports, discuss strengths and growth areas, and help generate ideas for improvements and solutions.
