Use Appropriate Language
Posting personal attacks, threats or profanity in your activities within the community will result in the deletion of your posts or comments and possible removal from the Facebook group.
Harassment and Misinformation Free Space
Harassment includes, but is not limited to: harmful or prejudicial verbal or written comments related to gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, ethnicity, religion, age, physical appearance, body size, race, or similar personal characteristics; inappropriate use of nudity, sexual images, and/or sexually explicit language in public spaces; threats of physical or non-physical harm; deliberate intimidation, stalking or following; harassing photography or recording; sustained disruption of talks or other events; inappropriate physical contact; and unwelcome sexual attention. Harassment may be towards an individual or an attack on an organization and their staff and volunteers.
Misinformation is defined as: false or inaccurate information, especially that which is deliberately intended to deceive.
Any violation of this rule will have the individual removed from the Facebook group.
Avoid Marketing
You are welcome to share endorsements of tools, products or services relevant to this group that you personally found useful, but please refrain from advertising, marketing or posting spam. Posts blatantly advertising will be removed.
No soliciting for other events of conferences
This community is intended as a place for peer learning and collaboration opportunities. If you know of a relevant animal welfare-related event, you’re welcome to post it in the trainings and events page on HumanePro at https://humanepro.org/trainings.
No promoting illegal or questionable activities
All content promoting illegal activities will be deleted and you will be removed from the group.
