Registration cancellation/Substitution policy
Registration fees for Animal Care Expo are nonrefundable and non-transferable. All sales are final. No attendee substitutions will be honored.
Minor child release
A minor child (ages 17 and younger) must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian in order to attend any Animal Care Expo event. Regular registration rates apply. A parental release form is required as a condition of registration for a minor child.
Registration terms and conditions
These terms and conditions (“terms”), along with the events code of conduct for the Humane Society of the United States (“HSUS”) apply to any person, guest, registrant, student, speaker, vendor, or exhibitor (“attendee”) who is present at any meeting, conference, or event (“event”) of HSUS. By attending event, attendee will be deemed to have accepted these terms and the events code of conduct for HSUS.
