Measuring impact beyond shelter walls
Measuring is a powerful tool to drive change. We’re getting better at shelter metrics—what to measure, how to measure it and how to understand our findings. At the same time, our field is changing; we're increasingly working outside the shelter as well as inside, for the well-being of all animals in our community. Can metrics help us in that work too? This session will envision a framework in which measuring impact for community animals can drive results and deeper relevance for our mission.
