Whether your community is rural, urban or somewhere in between, this session will help you take the first steps toward creating a community-based program. We’ll discuss how to develop strategies to identify an area of focus, set goals, collect data, use techniques for mapping results, and conduct door to door outreach. This session will cover everything you need to know to get out in the community and start delivering services.
